We offer a confidential counselling service run by an external company. The EAP helps employees dealing with difficult personal or work-related issues; it provides face-to-face or phone counselling. An EAP website provides over 850 wellbeing articles, self-assessment tools and online counselling.
Staff recognition awards
Our Staff Recognition Program allows Managers to reward employee achievements. Rewards include movie vouchers, Gold Class movie gift cards, eftpos gift cards, RedBalloon vouchers and dinner-for-two vouchers. We also reward staff for achieving service milestones.
We celebrate special occasions such as staff birthdays, new born babies, engagements, weddings, Easter, Christmas and more with morning teas, an inter-divisional Christmas party and feature stories in our quarterly staff newsletter.

The Veolia Australia Superannuation Fund is a complying fund designed to provide employees and their dependants with accumulation style benefits on retirement or on leaving the company. Death or Total and Permanent Disablement benefits are included. Benefits are fully portable.
